Cancellation Policy: Cancellations outside of 14 days of the event date will receive a credit to use at a future crop within 6 months. Cancellations within 14 days receive no credit or refund. No Cash Refunds. In the event that the venue cancels our event, a credit will be applied.

Please note that full-day payment of $50 or Half-Day Payment of $35 is due within 5 days of registration. Your online registration holds your spot until payment is received. If we have not received a payment within said 5 days, you will forfeit your space.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, if our event needs to be canceled due to a church funeral we will provide everyone with a credit for the event they attend. We will notify everyone by email.
